I need to take a minute and thank you for the work and motivation you do for me. It has been years since I've felt this confident and proud not only of my body, but my self.

If you don't know this man, you ABSOLUTELY should! He is my accountability partner, and the reason I get up at 3:45am every morning.

I work out because if I don't, I can't move. With all of my health issues, the only thing that helps is keeping my body moving. 

With your help I can function.
